2007 marked the first year in the history of Roo that Phish wasn't represented in one way or another i.e. Trey, Vida Blue, Gordon & Leo, etc. Do you think someone will be there this year? So far I only see two possibilities:
1. Fishman sits in with Yonder Mountain String Band (since he will be playing some shows anyway)
2. Mike Gordon will play. The only show he has currently booked is the Rothbury Festival in Michigan (which looks awesome and may be in the cards for me next year)
So what do you fine folks think? Will we or we not see a Phish member this year at Roo?
< And although I dream of it, no Phish reunion speak here please...we are sad enough >
Right now I'd be most interested in seeing what Mike is up to. The last couple of Trey albums and Page's most recent one have officially made me revise my policy of buying all Phish-related albums on principal. I like The Horseshoe Curve ok, but before that Trey was really off track. Page's album is really bad. I mean like you feel kind of bad for the guy bad. I'm sure a live show involving any of them would be sweet though (seriously).
the most probable one i think would be page, but fish with YMSB sounds like it has great chances, and ofcourse i would like to see it, anything involving any of them would make me crap my pants, especially mike, as for trey, im not seeing it happen, but then again im such a n00bie at this.
