Figured I'd start a thread for one of the funniest dudes on the planet. His midnight Thursday set with Aziz Ansari and Nick Kroll last year was unforgettable. "You might be a deadneck..." hahaha.
Anyway, this year he's back, and he's hosting his own late night talk show on the farm, complete with special guests and a house band! I figured I'd get some speculation going as to who those guests might be.
I'm really pulling for some Arrested Development cast members! Will Arnett and Michael Cera would be killer!
Ronnie Dobbs: I'm gonna go out in this world and get everything I can get. I mean, I'm gonna be rich, super rich. I mean, I'm gonna be spending money like a chimp in a beat-off contest.
yea, they need to put this in a tent or something, NOT the comedy tent, cause this is going to be sweet. I mean its a comedy show, they will probably get some of the bands playing already to be the guest band, and then u get actual guests....

I'm definitely wearing cutoffs the day of his show. AD cast members showing up would be so great. Anyone watch Gob (Will Arnette) on Conan tonight? It was brilliant. I really hope there's no band playing that I want to see at the same time of his set. I'd die if I had to choose between Sigur Ros and David Cross.
i missed his act last year but i'm an AVID fan of AD. i plan on trying to catch him this year. i took a plane into nashville on wednesday last year and i walk outside of the terminal, and David Cross was just standing there. went up and talked to him for a few minutes. asked him who he was interested in seeing at Roo last year and i told him how much i loved his character on Arrested Development. definitely a cool moment.

Also, random, I watched this really horrible movie last night called "Below" and Zack Galifianakis was in it...he was probably the best actor in the whole movie. I can't wait to see him at Roo!
I want to see this soooooo bad but it's going to be such a pain in the ass to get in
Not to mention the fact that it'll be a late night attraction, which means I'll have more important places to be. Lookin' at you, Sigur Ros!
agreed on all acounts every year there is something in the comedy tent I want to see (if not several things) but I never feel like waiting in a line for an hour when there is so many other cool things going on. I do think this is an excellent idea and would love to say I'll be there, but I just dont see it actually happening.
David Cross is one of my favorite people ever, and I'll definitely try to see him again this year if he's not in a major conflict. I'm a bit worried about conflicts too if it's late night.
