Anyone familiar with this band? They'd be so perfect for Roo. I don't care if they played the first set of the night on Thursday, it would be a dancing affair. The other day I downloaded a KEXP podcast of them playing some stuff in studio and they're a ROCKING live band. And we can always use more soul/funk at roo.
"Sophisticated Honky" is a good place to start for anyone new. That song pretty much blows my mind from all the FUNK.
