I just checked Bluenote's site for tours (I was actually looking for Jazz artists for the Jazz Tent) and spotted The Wood Brothers playing roo on the 14th.

The Wood Brothers were the first show i ever saw at my first bonnaroo!!!! i'm so excited they're back!!! ;D
and pleeeeeeeeeeeease let MSMW be there...
Thursday of 2006...It was technically my second show, but I-Nine wasn't that great...I will always remember it though. It's when the magic of Bonnaroo first came to life for me.
The Wood Brothers were touring with G. Love and Special Sauce earlier this year (they might still be), and G. Love starts touring with Jack Johnson at the end of June....so maybe this means we will be getting some G. Love at roo. I wouldn't be opposed.

i would have g. love's babies
just sayin... ;D
I'm not gonna lie, the man does put on a damn good show =P I just realized we need G. Love and Special Sauce at roo 08. When I saw them in Columbus they brought the Wood Brothers out to jam. What happened is possibly the most epic thing I have ever witnessed. They all played Walk On The Wild Side and then Chris Wood and Jimmi Jazz busted into a bass fight. Just the sickest bass improv I have ever heard back and forth for several minutes. This needs to happen at Bonnaroo.

that sounds exactly like jimmi. if it were up to him, they'd all just sit on stage and jam the whole time
The Wood Brothers are the first band I ever saw at 'roo and even though I was at their stage by accident, I opted to stay there and miss Matt Costa's set. I'm really glad they're playing. I missed them in Detroit a few weeks ago with G. Love.
