you can't burn cds or upload to your ipod - however I'm finding it useful for listening to artists playing bonnaroo that I've never heard before and deciding if I want to purchase their album.
I used it for awhile last year...the only thing bad about it is everything you download comes in .wma format, and not .mp3
however, you can get a program called tunebite for around 20 bucks or so which converts them to mp3s and removes the license so you can burn them to cd's...the only thing i have to complain about is that they didnt offer enough music...there are alot of artists who i love that werent even offered through ruckus...however, its free, so cant complain right

I love Ruckus...except for the whole...not being able to do anything with it issue. And the fact that they don't have music I want (gimme my Vampire Weekend!). Haha. That sounds like I'm being sarcastic, but I really do like it in spite of those problems.

i agree about vampire weekend issue - and i wanted to check out robert plant and allison krauss before buying it... looks like two i'll just have to break down and buy.

break down. it's a wonderful album. and if you still don't want to break down, go to project playlist and just listen to some tracks first
