Seriously, Bonnaroo.... you're going kinda crazy this year with all the "indie" groups... talk about overkill.
We NEED some jazz... bad.
Don't worry man, have faith in Superfly. I counted the artists on the line-up this year and last and we have about 7 more artists left to be announced for Stages and Tents.
We will get the Jazz tent, its just a matter of when they announce it.

This is awesome. The Coup is the one I'll definitly see. Tiesto is a pretty big add, too. Other than Newton Faulkner, who I know absolutely nothing about, I like the rest of the additions as well.
This is a million times better than a Prince tease!

I agree the Jazz will come, I thought they've done a great job rounding out the lineup with the past two additions. They injected a ton of electronica and shored up their hip hop, reggae, and blue grass offerings. I still think they need another sub headliner major act though.

I'm a little underwhelmed here as well. I know it's probably too late for any big act additions, but if they're gonna be smaller acts, I'd rather they be ones I've heard of
All I have is a couple Rogue Wave covers, of Nirvana's On a Plain and REM's The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonight. Both ok.

My reaction is BLAH! I guess because I am not familiar with any except Stephen Marley, and because I just want Muse, Black Crows and TMV
These are some seriously solid additions. The wood Brothers are Chris Wood (of Medeski Martin & wood) and his brother Oliver. Money Mark played organ for a lot on Many Beastie Boys albums, and played the organ hook on Beck's "Where It's at." Tiesto is a Badass DJ who will undoubtably have a late night til dawn tent.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it
Newton Faulkner - British (I think) singer/songwriter, not bad, not great IMO. It might be a nice Sunday afternoon cafe show. His single is kinda catchy.
Marley will be awesome. I was hoping they'd add one. I mean, there's like 40 of them, what are the odds they'd all be busy? Plus, Stephen is about as close to Bob as you can get. His set will be amazing out in the sun.
And Money Mark should be entertaining. I believe he plays keys with the Beastie Boys.
I have seen the Coup several times and they are great. If you caught the Galactic set last year you got a little taste as Boots Riley (the lead singer/emcee) came out for a couple songs. Really hyped for this addition and Stephen Marley!
Rogue Wave, I also just listened to... pretty generic sounding, IMO, but I may just need to give it more time. At this moment, it just sounds like all the other hipster indie music that's been coming out, lately...
