Definitely Vampire Weekend. Not a weak song on their debut album. Espescially love "I Stand Corrected", "M79", "Walcott", and of course, "A-Punk." Just plain fun music. Can't wait for their 'Roo set.
Against Me!, I love this band because of Bonnaroo! Also, Battles, Chromeo, the Racontuers and Ben Folds have been on my most played songs list for awhile now!

well man. i dont think ive found any artist that i couldnt appreciate on the lineup but MGMT, Two Gallants, Dead Confederate are some new ones that im excited about
Definitely Against Me! has been my big new exposure from the line-up. Pretty sad since I do a campus radio show and they've been around for so long. Such good stuff though.
Best part is I've got more bands to check out as well.
I caught Dead Confederate at SXSW and they blew me away. The new My Morning Jacket is just plain sick and they should dominate 'Roo like they did in '06. Ghostland Observatory is probably my biggest surprise and I HOPE they are not on at the same time as MMJ. The Raconteurs album is easily the best of the year so far and it should be. Lupe is also pretty tight when you are feeling that type of vibe.
"Do you see my smokin' guns? They're smokin from a shootin', smokin' from shootin', smokin' from shootin' at nothin dear, Do you live your life on the run? Losin out on lovin. Askin for nothin, Runnin from something that isn't there." --My Morning Jacket--
Two Gallants, Vampire Weekend, the Swell Season, Ghostland Observatory..... so far. I still have a few more artists to check out before June. I definitely need to get an iPod with more storage space!
^ Yeah, Battles is the closest band I've come to falling in love with on this lineup. That live youtube video is friggin' sick. And my friend is convinced that The Felice Brothers are the most important band in music right now.
As a side note, I just recently discovered Archive.org, and I've fallen in love with the Grateful Dead. I never had a problem with them, just hadn't heard much except Skeletons (which is the old cliche', I know). Their live stuff, as I'd always heard, is the business. My friends still don't get it, though, I'll have to school em up.
