Really gotten into Vampire Weekend and MGMT. State Radio is pretty good too. There's a lot of good music that i've been getting into just BECAUSE of Bonnaroo. There's a lot of new bands I really want to see.
Orracular Spectacular by MGMT is a really great CD that has a lot of different types of songs. I can't wait to see them live.
Raconteurs (altho I was into them before this year) keep getting me more and more excited.
Iron & Wine - got into him lately. Really mellow. Can't wait to relax and watch him and Jack Johnson and O.A.R. and junk. A lot of good stuff.
2/5- Papadosio 3/3- MUSE 3/12- John Mayer 3/19- The Werks 3/31- Passion Pit 4/18- Ben Folds 4/20- Against Me! 6/10- Bonnaroo 6/30- Eric Clapton and Roger Daltrey
As my Inebriated buddy walks out of the Porto, he yells out, "Dude...I love this place...bonnaroo thinks about everything...they even put beer holders next to the toilet!"
Had to break it to him that that was the urnal. Good times good times!

I've liked Sigur Ros for a long time now, but the way I've been listening to them lately has been like finally reconnecting with an old friend you haven't seen for years. They have to be one of my favorite bands that is still around.
I've also been listening to The Black Crowes a lot and I've loved every glorious note. I know they aren't playing this year, but haven't they played 'Roo in the past?
Rilo Kiley, Raconteurs ( I semi-liked them before, but now I love them), Dononvan Frankenreiter, and Umphreys. I semi-like Ghostland Observatory, Battles and Vampire Weekend.
Also, some bands that I recently fell in love with (and was hoping they would be there this year......): Muse, The Mars Volta, Brett Dennen.
Last year, my new discoveries that I still love were John Butler Trio, the Flaming Lips, the Decemberists and Damien Rice.
I'm the same way with the Raconteurs. The new album made them a must see for me
Wow just listened to The Avett Brothers. Love em. The quality of bluegrass and folk music this year is breathtaking. Sigh only if Dylan would come back to the farm. Can't believe I missed that!
