Do people with similar music tastes share similar TV tastes as well? Let's see! What's('re) your favorite TV show(s)?
Mine include:
Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy 70's show, Star Trek Daily Show, Chapelle's show, South Park, Reno 911 Crocodile Hunter, Queer Eye (yeah yeah, I'm a dork) Most Extreme Elimination Challege Family Business
Simpsons Friends Scrubs (hilarious) Arrested Development (a new show on Fox that is hysterical-check it out if you haven't seen it) Chapelle's Show South Park Daily Show MTV Real World/Road Rules (someone help me too!) The Apprentice (soon to be over thank goodness) The O.C. (I suffer from a 90210 deficiency)
It sounds like all I do is watch tv but I swear I don't
Buffy and Angel are my shows, but after this year they'll both be gone
At least they'll live on in my DVD player.
Since the begining Buffy's set designers have always plastered the sets (bedrooms, lockers, bars etc.) with Widespread, Leftover and SCI posters and stickers. Its relatively out of character for most of the residents of Sunnydale but I've always appreciated that subtle touch.
I have started watching Arrested Development (hilarious) and of course I'm always game for Simpsons and Seinfeld reruns.

i like the O.C. too , and Arrested Development.. i also like 70's show, simpsons.. hey we only have 3 channels and one of them is Fox i really like to watch those real detective & medical detective shows that come on the discovery channel
"We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box."
My fav's are That 70's show, Tough Crowd, Chapelle's show, Reno 911. That's about all I watch on a regular basis. I like the Travel Channel, Nature, and Discovery channel. Not the home remodeling, bike building stuff, but the stuff that makes me feel I've learned something else I can foget within a few days.

a few of you mentioned my favorites. No cable here, so it's all network tv for me! Arrested Development Scrubs Will & Grace (although i think this season sucks) Bernie Mac Malcolm in the Middle Simpsons That 70's show
These are on cable so i don't get to see them often, but I love these too: Absolutely Fabulous (hysterical!!!) all the old nick at night reruns- Three's Company, All in the Family, The Jeffersons, Sanford & Son (i still think these shows are funnier than the ones out today!)

I watch alot news and sports, but the sitcoms and what not are so blah these days. I do enjoy South Park, Chapelle and Simpsons.
Lilia, no one even gave you a hard time about Family Business. If I'm correct, isn't that the behind the scenes of the porn film maker? I can't remember his name, but it is funny as hell. I only saw it once or twice, but it is definitely quality T.V. Man what is his name????????
Notaprettygirl--I thought Carnivale was okay, but Curb Your Enthusiasm, 6 Feet Under, and the Sopranos are awesome. Do you like the new show, Deadwood? So far it's been pretty average.
Other shows I love are: the Daily Show Tough Crowd Chappelle's Show Family Guy Home Movies--Adult Swim Simpsons South Park Seinfeld Insomniac with Dave Attell Late Night with Conan O'Brien and the guilty pleasure is: The OC

Family Business was such a FUNNY show! I believe his name was Adam Glasser, aka "Seymore Butts" ... I could be wrong though!
hey what's the show on scifi called something like On the rift or surfing the rift or something? looks like a cartoon of sorts.
That would be Tripping the Rift. I haven't seen the show but it looks funny. Plus on the tv guide it just looks like "Tripping..." which always makes me chuckle.
And yes, Turkey and timochee. You've got it nailed. (haha, porn pun!) The new season started last weekend along with the new season of Penn & Teller's Bullsh*t!

I'm a tv fanatic! My favs are: The Family Guy Action Teen Hunger Force South Park Law and Order: SVU One Tree Hill Will and Grace Friends That 70s Show The Simpsons Buffy Drew Carey Golden Girls Mad About You Conan(watching right now actually) Joan of Arcadia Insomniac w/ Dave Attell Nick @ Night I'm sure there are more but I'll stop here.
I just got The Critic box set on DVD. What a great show that was. Fluffhead, Making Da Band? Come on, there's nothing better on? I say boycott MTV and their brainwashing the youth of america schemes. They won't show some videos with sexual situations, but they show plastic surgery, with huge chunks of fat being cut off a person ??? That's just friggin gross.
I'm with all of you on the previous but what about....
National Geographic Alias Antique Roadshow(some day my CC magazines will be priceless) West Wing Re-runs of The Muppets (Come on there still great) Amazing Race, if a new season comes on
