Anybody ever read the Jamband Bulletin Boards about Bonnaroo? Some of those people are just plain mean to each other! Not a happy bunch like us here at inforoo!! ;D

Yeah, I visit that board. It's funny to see all the fights over there. I mean, I understand debating a difference of opinion, but people over there can get sooo insulting! Sometimes I just don't bother posting my opinion cause I don't want to see tons of responses with people calling me a stupid f**k or whatever.
The Bonnaroo listserv can be the same way too sometimes. Just because these discussions are over computer and not face to face doesn't mean we should resort to namecalling. It's just rude and nonproductive. I think it's just a way to pass time for some people.
I don't know if this will work because if I remember right, I kind of had to jump circles to finally get to the jamband boards. If it doesn't, it's on ezboards. Just follow the steps.

It seems so strange to me how a community with such an amazing sense of love and compassion can be filled with people who have such spite for each other, just because they have differences in opinions. I see people argue all the time about WSP and Phish and which one is better. Who cares? Theyre both great bands, there's just a difference of opinion. If someone else likes a band that I don't, I'm not going to actually get angry at them. I just don't get it. That's why I'd rather go here than read my Bonnaroo ListServ. People on there can get so angry. Just keep it up guys! This site rocks! ;D

I'm subscribed to the listserve and inforoo. I like inforoo SOOOOO much better. Everyone is definately nicer here. There was some guy that wrote on the listserve earlier today and basically said that we were all going to hell and started preaching about Revelations in the Bible. Now I don't want to start a religious argument or anything but I do believe in the Bible. I just don't appreciate someone telling me that because I have homosexual friends and because I know how to throw down and have a good time that I'm going to hell. Anyways, like I said before, inforoo is way better. There are many more open-minded folks here!

I read the listserv archives and man... those people have some issues. We're all a pretty happy and content bunch over here but they all have some problems. This is why we totally and completely ROCK!
Not a happy bunch like us here at inforoo!!
