On the right-hand side of everyone's post, there is a little button called "quote". If you are signed in as a member and you click the "quote" button, it will take you to the Reply screen and it will have that person's message on there. You can delete text from the original message if you only wanted to quote one sentence or something. After the original message, you can then type in your own message. hope that makes sense...
