Ok, so how many of you out there have tattoos and what of?
I am so obsessed with tattoos; in fact I just got my second one Monday, after returning from Bonnaroo. I got my first tattoo shortly after my 18th birthday. It is a sun with Cancer and Leo symbols in the middle (my birthday falls on the cusp) over my right shoulder blade. Now not even a year since the first one I have a second. This one is on my ankle; it is a crescent moon that is on fire (we are all fire signs) with the Chinese symbol for friend in the middle (two of my friends got the same one).
I have an ankle bracelet of vines and roses. I have been thinking of getting something in the middle of my lower back, but I haven't seen the "one" yet. I have had several people try to design something for me, but nothing has worked yet.
I have three. The first one I got was a butterfly on a vine on my shoulder. I swore that would be the only one. The artist told me that I would be back and sure enough I went back 2 more times. 2nd one on the inside of my left calf is a sun/moon designed by a good friend. The third, on the outside of my right calf is a tribal with flower but it needs to be re-done.
