I'm sitting here eating a half-burnt bag of popcorn trying to find places that tattoo under the age of 18 without parental consent.
Sadly, I don't think such a place exists... *legally*
I want to get one done before Bonnaroo, and it's not like I'm a child about it, either. I realize it's permanent and blahblahblah whatever parents will tell you... but I've wanted this for years and damnit, I just want to get it done.

If you really want it you can either wait, or convince your parents. If its tasteful, and they arent hardcore straightedge, they will probably eventually allow it. You just gotta convince them you really want it and are positive.
make your tatu design out of a paperclip, then heat it with a lighter until its red hot. then just simply stick that s h i t on your arm or whatever. easy. or go to mexico
why would it matter if you get it before bonaroo though?

If my parents weren't extreme Christians I'd ask, plus my mother's Asian and if anyone knows what those are like... you wouldn't think about asking, either. It's not like I'm getting a giant panda tattooed across my neck or something, it'd be something small and discreet, since it's the first and all, and I don't have a high threshold for pain (I don't think), so it would have to be small.
I guess Mexico is always an option. A 32 hour trip to get a tattoo, my parents would never realize I even left the house! dotdotdot
I guess it really doesn't matter if it's before Bonnaroo, but I'm moving the week after and I'd like to get it done before then so I don't have to worry about finding a place out where I move (Alaska...), plus I'll still be with my parents and I won't be able to get away long enough get it done, they'll be too worried about "me in a new place" to let me go off alone.
