Nine Inch Nails has drafted goth legends Bauhaus and its new Interscope labelmate TV On The Radio for its summer North American tour. The trek will begin May 27 in Ridgefield, Wash., and will feature 13 subsequent shows with TV On The Radio. Bauhaus will continue as the opening act through the outing's July 8 conclusion in Mountain View, Calif., in tandem with another group to be announced.
Beforehand, NIN will complete a run of smaller North American markets on a tour that continues on to Greenville, S.C., tomorrow (March 16). As previously reported, the Trent Reznor-led group will also play Miami's Global Gathering Festival on Saturday and the Sasquatch Festival in George, Wash., on May 26.
The group is out in support of its 2005 comeback album, "With Teeth," which debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and has sold more than 904,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
On April 4, Interscope will issue an EP for new single "Every Day Is Exactly the Same," featuring remixes from Interpol's Carlos D, Photek, El-P, Richard X and the DFA.
As for Bauhaus, which reunited for the 2005 Coachella festival and has been on the road consistently ever since, the group's only post-NIN date at present is an appearance at Germany's M'era Luna Festival, to be held Aug. 12-13.

I'll be at VA Beach for sure. I just saw NIN in Richmond last week--- everyone please make an effort to see a show this year if you're even 5% an NIN fan; this is the best lineup Trent has ever had in his band. I've seen them in all incarnations (except for a few changeups in 1990-1991) and this is the strongest.
I saw /\/ / /\/ and QOTSA n Nashville on Halloween. They both put on a helluva show. Most powerful part of the night was about midway through when they dropped a large white drape in front of the band and they proceeded to play Eraser while various bits of video (mostly the war) were being projected on te curtain. Gives me chills just thinking about it. Check them out if you get the chance.
I saw them in Cinci, and I agree with everyone else - this is the best band lineup Trent has ever assembled. I've heard that they are getting ready to record another album's worth of songs with the current crew.
Looks like I'll be at Deercreek on July 3rd. Nice on-site camping across the street from the venue.
amber and i have tix to that show li guy it sucks its outside but the floor is seated. ive never seen a concert out there with floor SEATS!!! but it should still rock.
