I've linked this up on just about every other board I frequent, so I thought I'd do it here too...
So I never knew this fellow very well in high school, but we definitely did attend our local public high school at the same time. He's a friend of a few of my friends so I took an interest after reading about his trek in the local paper. As the subject title of this thread would suggest, he's walking from Madrid to Kiev. What the subject doesn't inform is that he's documenting it all on film! He actually just recently arrived in Madrid, so you guys can follow him from the start. Here's his website...
If you donate $20 to become a fellow traveler, you'll eventually be listed in the film credits, noted on the website, and will receive a handwritten postcard from Lee at some point on his trip. He's capping the number of travelers at 1,000 and he's at 183 thus far.

Im still reading the site but this is so damn inspiring man... A friend of mine has a few europe backpacking trips under his belt, as well as 10 days in ecuador and im VERY envious of his adventures... Makes me think that perhaps next summer i'll give up the music thing for a season and get the hell out of the states... I love stuff like this man, thanks for the link, incredible.
