I just realised a couple of days ago how close I was to being God (200 posts) and I believe with this post I become one. In record time two I think with a bit more than a month? Ah well, just wanted to say this is a cool board and I was compelled to stay from the beginning. I'm glad such a cool festival has a board to go with it, hopefully the vibe there will be as good as it is here.

nah i got ya beat!.... but i have an incredibly boring job and lots of web surfing time jsut trying to kill the days to roo...300 of mine have probably been in defending myself in flame wars so thats what got me up so high

i sit around and wait for someone to call up and bitch at me when their isp goes down. then i read them some scripted b.s. and then got hrouhg some b.s. troubleshooting system and then i tell them someone will take care of it and i file a report to whichever company there are bitiching about. basically i get payed a decent salary to listen to like 3 or 4 people bitch for an hour each day. its not fun but i get to do it from home ( i live in the boonies, its like half an hour to a mcdonalds) i really dont do much i just have to be available 18 hours a day 6 days a week in case some one wants to call and ruin my day.its b.s. but it pays the bills and i dont have to do much.. just listen to music and toke till i choke. im thinking about training a monkey to do my job so i can go out
That's cool if it pays the bills and you pretty much don't have to do anything. In fact I'd really like a job like that so I could focus on my music...

ya.. in the summertime i do concrete and landscaping... i like it much better being outside and exercising. there isnt shit for work up here in the winter time. and id rather be at home dong nothing then trapped in some office doing some b.s. my dog is also much happier this way

Why don't you just use a cell phone and carry around a book with all the info you'd need. Then you can go buck nasty and do whatever you want every day.

ya i wish. they sent me a phone. its one of those vonage deals. i plug the router they sent me into my broadband and then hook a phone up to that. i dont even know what the number is to the phone so there is no way i can setup call forwarding to a cell either. add to that the fact that i have to drive 15 minutes just to get any kind of cell signal an its just not possible. i wish it was.
