Anyone plannin/thinkin to go to this festivale in OH? 4 nights of DSO...also Rusted Root, Hot Tuna, Keller Williams, Rowan/Rice, New Riders, DDBB, Donna Jean, and lots of other artists and goings-on.

damn that is looking pretty sweet... i am definetly gonna make it. sounds like a perfect way to spend the fourth. here is a link to a review from 04. sounds like a great time with lots of stuff to do.

i am definetly going. i found a friend that wants to go. we are gonna take the kids as this looks like a killer place to see a show with kids. it says you can be on the playground, beach or out in the water on a raft and still hear the shows well. the kids can play and we can still catch shows. plus all of the other kids stuff like clowns and magicians, skydivers, fireworks, and arcade. they dont allow vendors to sell "smoking paraphaneilia(SP??)" it also says that the beach and playground areas are family areas, no ciggarette butts, not thongs, no excessive drinking. it definetly sounds more family friendly. plus you can have camp fires. heres the link to nelson ledges site. www.nlqp.com it looks like an awesome place to go. they have an organic garden and a bee farm. it says that there are caves and cavern tours across the street from them. i cant wait! plus the lineup is pretty sweet. not too many huge names but lots of great music that i cant wait to see
I wish I could make it. I found that site a few months ago and they have some really good cheap fests, not to mention all of the other stuff to do.
I am going to see if we can work out hitting their Summer Hookah weekend July 28-30. I am all about a Leftover Salmon get together.
Looking for more info on the LoS deal but can not find it. I noticed their Website is back up. It was taken down for some time after they stopped playing in 04. I did find out there is a LoS dvd coming out this summer. Looks like a history of LoS, etc.
DVD on the way, a semi reunion, interesting indeed.

I uesd to live around there, its right by a state park, the place is private, its great, its like a mini roo with the same ammount of freedom. They dont allow glass but when I was in high school they took our glass bottles and told us to come back with something plastic to put the vodka in. Its a great place. I highly recommend this place.
Yeah, I wish it was maybe a month later...but it looksl ike this place has something going on almost every month.

its a month after grateful fest. im going to gratefulfest so i will let ya know how the place is. im planning to make it back for summer hookah also. i cant miss that left over salmon get together!
