Its my first roo and im going alone with the intention to take pictures and hang out with a bunch of chill people. I was wondering if there is anyone out there of the geeky spectrum and im not even talking huge nerd just someone who I can talk to about movies, anime, video games, life, and good music. Also if your from New York your just as awsome but im just seeing if they are out there?
I fell on my knees when I first entered that arcade tent. It was spiritual. So was playing Marble Madness at like 7am on no sleep and lots of substances.

I've heard tell of staff guys walking thru and feeding quarters into all the machines, but I haven't witnessed this 1sthand. I bring a roll of quarters every year.

This is just me of course, i used to be a huge nerd myself but i couldnt imagine finding time for the arcade while at the roo... I'd be down, im sure its cool but i've barely laid eyes on the thing the past 2 years.... I used to be a huge RPG gamer and into all kinds of "nerdy" kinda stuff but i dont have the attention span for videogames anymore and i can hardly watch a movie once or twice a month, nevermind get into ep upon ep of anime like i used to, as for TV in general i cant remember the last time i turned the thing on.....

Arcade tent was the only thing i did that wasn't bands or party/camping, 1st time i played marble madness since it came out, for the first time ever the games bored me, but the AC was nice. I cant remember if i payed or not, but leaning toward not, since there is no need for change anywhere.
