of course it would be wonderful to have Jerry come back from the dead and play w/ GD, but there are others who I'd rather see more...
1.Jimi Hendrix - late night set. I know if he was still alive he'd be a headliner, but this is my fantasy and I want Jimi to play from 12 till dawn. 2.Miles Davis - I think Miles could bring the house down in one of the tents.. especially if he played some of his more electric/psychedelic jazz ala Bitches Brew. 3.Johnny Cash (in his prime) - The man in black would set the main stage on fire as a headliner. Yeah, he's more country/americana, but how sweet would it be to say you saw Johnny Cash lay down a perfect rendition of In the Jailhouse Now?
1) Coltrane. No offense to Miles cause Miles is cool, but Coltrane brings the heat. 2) Fahey. Best guitarist out there, ever, no exceptions. Not only broke the fucking door down but then stomped the shit out of it. 3) Elvis. The question is, which Elvis? I go with old Elvis: fat, ripping his jumpsuit, but singing like an old opera singer with Alzheimer's breaking your heart at the waste of it all...

You must be confused, man. Elvis isn't dead. Elvis is never gonna die.

1. Rick Grech (So we could have a Blind Faith reunion at Bonnaroo) 2. Dennis Wilson (If you haven't heard his solo album, check it out... I love Brian Wilson but this blows anything he has done out of the water)) 3. Woody Guthrie (If he doesn't capture the spirit of Bonnaroo, I don't know who would)
