ELF is one of my new favorite christmas movies... i saw it twice the week it came out in theatres.
"Santa's Coming? I know him... I KNOW HIM!"
how can you not laugh as he puts together this concoction of spaghetti, maple syrup, candy mints, m&m's, chocolate sauce and so forth and try to stuff it down... you know what... i'm gonna watch that sometime in the next week! :-) i love Will Ferrell...

I have alrady seen Elf twice this year and will probably see it again. Will Ferrell is a treasure.

Southern Comfort brought a free show to town in September headlined by the Flaming Lips. He was probably the only person there who had both press and backstage credentials, so he got some pretty nice pictures. I'll share the Lips-related links:
If you see this guy walking towards you at Bonnaroo, empty all your pockets and place the contents on the ground and RUN (don't walk) in the opposite direction as quickly as humanly possible.
