not necessarily ignorance - just not thinking - not everyone in the world is PC - hate to say that - but it is true - and I am not saying that we should tolerate it but give the guy a break, huh? He made a mistake - corn was responsible

Everybody screws up sometimes. That is true. He apologized for his remark and I don't think anyone holds any ill will towards the man based solely on that mistake, but he/you/everyone should know to expect an immediate backlash when you post without thinking/proof-reading/editing/whatever. I was justifiably offended and let it be known. I, however, am sorry for getting so bent out-of-shape myself.
That being said, corn is never an excuse. I smoke all the time, but I've never used terms like that, "n****r lipped" or "J*w nosed" when posting. Like I said, eveyone screws up, but corn isn't an excuse.

^ I wasn't trying to question your post or start anything with you. I was just explaining my point of view on the matter. I thought that you were trying to end things on a light-hearted note and I'm sorry that I didn't play along. I just didn't want to further the whole "it aint my fault. i was screwed up" argument that can be/is used all too often.
Again, no hard feelings towards anyone here.
Peace?

^^I knew all of that - just wanted to say I was sorry also if I happened to contribute by being light hearted about it **hugs** I have learned to never have hard feelings on here - well - except towards Mrs. Featherbottom and that other guy that I cannot remember what his name is - so I guess it does not really matter, huh?

^LOL! I would!
In Atlanta, people are CONSTANTLY hitting you up for cash. I used to give whatever I could, whenever I could. Now, it takes an honest approach to get me to stick my hand in my pocket. Earl would make out like my mad in my neighborhood....for a while, that is.

A guy outside a liquor store once asked me for some spare change for the bus. I said hey man, if you want a beer I'll just give you a beer... he accepted the beer with a grin.
