Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
So, it's 5:30 in the morning and I have been at work for 10 and a half hours. I work at the Hospital in the E.R. as an E.M.T. (12 hour shifts from 7p to 7a) The emergency room is pretty dead at this time of night, so of course, I resort to doing what I always do when there is downtime. . . look at bonnaroo stuff haha. But basically i was thinking about all the different types of people that are going to be at this amazing festival (which by the way is only 26 days away) And I thought it would be kinda neat if we all told each other a little about what we do in our everyday life when we aren't rocking our asses off in Manchester TN! So anyways I am an EMT Firefighter. I'm starting nursing school in the fall and then challenging the paramedic test. . . .
I have a feeling with this thread we can really see how music can bring people together who, in the real world, wouldn't normally relate. . . ;D

Its Sat. mornin here this has become my morning routine coffee and inforoo. Then Im into work have only one massage and then a dentist appointment. So Im a massage therapist but I am also working on some smaller concert festival type deals (possible reggaefest at a campground owned by some bikers) Also have a nightclub thats opening this summer where Im hoping to book the bands on a couple nights. It is across the street from a good venue to do a 2 or 3 day concert series and like bands at the club afterward. Have a more experieced person helping me figure everything out but I will make it happen (with a little help from my friends) Im married have a dog and 3 cats and a nice house on an 1 1/2 acre in michigan.I guess if ive learned anything in 36 years its you never know where life will take you.To me its not so much what I do for a living but that I enjoy my life. Tonight am gonna see one of my brothers bands at a bar not far from here ,THey have an electric violin and a horn section should be fun! Hopefully my mouth wont be sore lol, also this is the first message board ive ever been involved in . Never been too big of a computer guy but damn now im starting to understand it sucks you in.
I just got out of the Corps last year, and I've just recently started an apprenticeship with the Electricians Union in Philadelphia. I'm also pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at Drexel University...Work and school take up all of my time during the week, so Monday thru Friday for me is pretty mundane. But from Friday afternoon until Sunday night, I never know what's going to happen, from a normal night at the bar to a midnight dash to Atlantic City on a whim, I just go with the flow....Last night I had an early exit from the bar at the request of a lovely young lady who wanted me to accompany her home...Being the gentleman that I am, I could not refuse. I've spent most of today watching baseball and just laying around, who knows what I'm in for tonight.

I liked the "mugs" thread - it's fun to put a face to all of you, but I like getting to know you guys even better.
Hi, my name is Tammy and I'm addicted to Inforoo......
seriously, I'm a 35yo, married mother of 3 and in my 9-5 I'm an RN working as Director of Nursing at a 120 bed skilled nursing and rehab facility (as in physical, occupational & speech therapy rehabilitation NOT drug & alcohol rehab). I worked in L&D for years, then in the ER for a while and never saw myself working in a "nursing home". Then I fell in love with all of my old peeps! They have led some wild and interesting lives! I have one right now who is a 99yo woman with a tattoo on her a$$. My kind of woman.
This will be my first Bonnaroo and I am so stoked! I can't wait to meet you guys, jam to some awesome live music and dance 'til I drop!
I'm a scientist (believe it or not it's actually "Dr. Leo"). My field is environmental microbiology, it's a neat field and actually pretty important (the marine cyanobacteria I work w/ produce half of the oxygen you breath). When I'm not doing the scientist thing I'm busy being dad (and having way too many animals).
I'm a paralegal and I work in the legal department at a large oil and gas exploration & production company in downtown Oklahoma City. I love, love, love my job, but I'm thrilled that I only have 126 hours of work left until I begin the 11-hour drive to Bonnaroo!!
I graduated from law school ten days ago, so I am getting ready to spend the rest of my summer (except for the Bonnaroo part, of course) studying for the Bar and looking for a job. I also work on an as-needed basis as a law clerk (mostly I just do research when my boss has a question about something).
I live in a house with my boyfriend, Josh, and our two dogs, Madison and Yoko. When I'm not in school or at work, I'm pretty lazy. I love movies, and I will watch just about anything. I love music (who here doesn't?), and I got an ipod for my graduation present. Lately I've been listening to it while I do Sudoku puzzles.

Hi everyone My name is Beverly and I am a Realtor down here in Dunedin, FL which is minutes from Clearwater Beach. I was a bartender and waiter for years but about 5 years ago I was in 2 car wrecks within 3 months of each other(neither one my fault)and hurt myself pretty bad so no more job. I got into real estate because it was really flexible, I can work from home when I am laid up and my hubby and I have started buying and selling properties ourselves to make some money. I love my job because I can take off for a week at a time to go to festivals and not have to worry about it. As long as I have my phone and laptop, I am set.
My hubby, Chris is a product design engineer and works designing pens for a BIG pen company that I won't mention and has been there quite a while so he gets 3 weeks off a year. We go to Suwanee Spring Fest and Mag Fest every year and we try to go to as many shows as we can the rest of the year. We just bought an RV so we can be comfortable when we go and will be taking our first long trip in it to Roo. We can't wait to meet everyone and will be in the Handicapped area so feel free to drop in as you are passing by and I will see you over in Camp Inforoo when you guys get set up. We will be getting there Thursday morning around 9 or 10 am so we will see you when we get there...Woo Hoo Roo!

Im Craig, 22 from Maine. Its 1:44pm on sunday and i havent made it to the shower yet. Saw a band called Los Federales last night and went to the after party, stayed up too late, woke up with a mean headache. Asprin's kickin in now though so i'll make it to work at 4, im a waiter/part time manager at a locally owned resturant. I've been working 7 nights a week with one double for the past 3 weeks and i got 2 more weeks to go before im off for most of june.
I smoke my breakfast, drink coffee in the afternoon and switch to beer usually after sundown almost daily. Im teaching myself a little guitar, love camping and backpacking, i've been skateboarding for 7 years now but have been drifting out of it this year, i dont need a sprained ankle or worse before summer hits, i got too many places to be, maybe this fall. I love Philosophy, sociology, books on nature, mountaineering and survival stories, all sorts of non-fiction ADBUSTERS. I never watch TV so dont even ask me about this movie or that actor because i honestly will have no idea.
My favorite republican Don at the bar(always at the bar), a retired police officer/vietnam vet calls me a "screaming liberal" and tells me to join the army. Im pretty easygoing, just trying to get what i need and not take life so seriously, i work for everything i have. Cant wait till June, see ya out there...
