correct. the pink eye is long gone... it's just this friggin head cold that's basically clogged up my entire head.
I went to the doctor yesterday and got antibiotics (and pain killers ;D ), and he said that it would clear up within the next week.. but I'm starting to really get worried that I'm not going to be able to fully function at Roo..
it's just the fact that up until a week ago, I've been perfectly healthy for months and months.. then boom! all of a sudden I'm sicker than I have been in a very long time..
this kind of stuff always happens to me... I get excited for something and then shortly before it happens, something comes along to threaten to ruin it.

This happens to me too, but usually in the form of a big zit.
dude, I had the same shit for like a fucking month last month! I just got it cleared up. I was worried it was gonna carry over to the Roo, so after 3 weeks of hoping it goes away I finally went to the Doc so I could hear the music!

when ever i get a cold, i take long hot steamy showers and leave the fan off so all the steam stays. also running and working out takes my colds away sometime. i like a nice clean banger hit when im achy and congested, clears my mind.
well, things have gotten a little better since yesterday.. I can now hear in my left ear again.. right one is still pressured, but not as much as it was.

Send out for Chinese and order something reeeaaaly spicy. Hot and Sour soup is like my cure all for everything. Seriously. It knocks the cold right outta me.

LOL - I'm right there w/ you Terrapin. I've been completely straight for month. I went wakeboarding this weekend on my new twin-tip board, was learning to do 180s, then BOOM -- I do a total face plant into the water at about 20mph.
So my head is pounding for a minute, then it goes away. I wake up today w/ a SORE neck, and I apparently bruised my left ear, which is swelling on the inside JUST slightly enough to annoy me.
Luckily I booked an hour w/ my massage therapist cousin for this Friday anyway. I actually NEED it now.
Sooo hey i'm nosey but who's the other Meg? Technically i'm Meghan with an H but still... *shrug* yay for name twins
Bos1969 is the other Megan Maybe there should be a meeting of the Meg(h)an's at Roo. Or girls who have Lynn as their middle name.
That's me - Megan! I always wished mine was spelled with an H - tired of people calling me Meeegan. Most friends call me Meg here lately so that works!
Justin - are we gonna have to pay a fee to remain part of your fan club or can we keep it low key and free??? ;D

I was getting a bit worried about you I am glad you are feeling better...did you get a chance to get the danactive? Drink it every morning and you will be good as new by roo
Someone told me if you are really plugged up that the tablets you drop in the shower and make like a steam bath work really well too..I don't know who makes them, maybe Vick's or something are really good too. Probably like hot & sour soup like someone else suggested. Well, no more infections and you should be good to go. All these girls worried about you, you should feel better just from that

Maybe you need an ear lavage (where they squirt hot water in to your ear and flush out all the gunk). I had it done a year ago because I noticed my hearing had become muffled, it is the strangest feeling I have ever experienced. Neither pain nor bliss, and it sounds like a friggin waterfall is in your head.
...but that's just for ear wax. After I had it done everything was sooo loud to me.
