- I have a day off devoted entirely to Roo shopping - just took a 2 hour long bubble bath - At work I got to deliver to the Maternity ward so i saw lots of cute babies. - my foot doesn't hurt anymore - i ate some mighty tasty falafel. i love food. mmm

-i slept in -i got a nice pm from tara that made roo feel THAT MUCH closer -i found my missing box of triscuits (yum) -i got my costume for the masquerade party -oh and i actually solved a math problem my mom was having at work
-I am out of high school forever -My righteous sunburn is going away -I have a scholarship dinner tomorrow where I'll get $1000 (too bad I can't spend that money at Roo) -I'm leaving for Wakarusa in two days...where I'll hopefully meet up with Lucid Interval at some point -I bought tickets for the midnight showing of The Omen tomorrow -I just got done hanging out with my good friend Heather whom I wish was just a few years younger and not engaged -The Simpsons just started four minutes ago!!
- Just got Peeping Tom from eMusic - finished one of my two LAST major papers for my PhD Coursework (I still have comps and dissertation, but they don't start til way after Roo) - Less than a week til NIN and then Roo!
i woke up to my friend kristina calling me to tell me that my roo ticket had arrived at her house i realized it was noon, and i didn't have to work the morning shift i checked the weather site and saw good news for bonnaroo

oh and my coworker showed up stoned as nuts to work today and gave him crap about it all day, especially when "one toke over the line" played on the radio (i felt obliged to hassle him because i'm stoned at work everday)
EDIT: i guess i should say he's pretty new to cheifing and it was his first time to be at work stoned. he was all like "dude how long do u think this will last? what can i do to make myself less high?" because he was like..... waaay blitzed. he took a nap on the deep freeze while we were slow.

I have Sammy Smiths in my fridge. Just bought my fiance a phatty office chair, as a surprise. HP just returned my laptop, it is now fixed. Re-stringing my 12 string today. I actually SAVED the money I told myself I should for 'roo My fiance returns from France on Saturday and...
I have everything I needed to buy for the festival!
(Love this thread, anothe forum i belong to had a Good Day/Bad Day thread, and hghlight both good and bad. Man, people can be depressing, and realy focus on the bad. I tired to get them to change it to just The Good, but these people love to live miserable apparently)

I just got a thank you card for a gift from a wedding I recently went to I think my inforooster shirt is coming today EDIT: My shirt just got here! The class I have to go to tonight is in one of my favorites subjects Last night I got to hang out with someone I have been friends with for 21 years, and I'm not hung over!!!

- i stayed home from work sick so i got to sleep in, and i feel a WHOLE lot better. - since i got sick this week, there is a 0% chance i get sick next week since i may get a cold 2x a year at the most (knocks wood) - The canes game is starting - i took advantage of my home time today to start getting everything ready! ;D
-I got to sleep in! -"She Drives Me Crazy" by the Fine Young Cannibals came on the radio today, and that was my favorite song when I was about 10 -I found/bought a reasonably priced Roo ticket for my best friend who couldn't afford to go -My cat slept by my feet last night
- the 'Canes thumped the Oilers and are sure to win the Cup this year - went to see Jimmy Buffett with friends and he played a really good "Scarlet Begonias" - my daughter and her housemate got a pet rat and named him Lucifer - my 85 yr old dad beat his age at golf yesterday - I am so ready to 'Roo...

I lost track of time reading The Doors of Perception again... where did those hours go? In exactly one week I will be waking up and waiting on my friend to get here so we can go to roo. I was looking for a lighter in my car while talking on the phone and holding a cigarette driving at night about 25 minutes or something after I rolled out of the bed (i must be stupider than I think) when I hit a pole or something on the side of the road. (Turned out to be good in a way.. or at least a relief.) Luckily the only damage was the only previous damage done to my truck... the right side mirror. I'd say im at least decently lucky.
Oh, and I have worked 14 of the last 15 nights before tonight and Friday night which I have off. God it feels good to sit around at night.
- Yesterday afternoon I dusted off the ole' PA equipment and hooked it up. Everything still works! - My neighbor brought a friend and I fixings for bbq samiches; she hooked up some baked beans, potato salad, and chocolate tarts too. (not sure what I did to deserve this; it's never happened before) - Besides my two cats, I live alone. Currently Chuck (very good friend for many years) is staying with me while he works on the Bonnaroo setup crew. I've really been enjoying his company.
