For anyone that lives in or around the DC area, there is an awesome show this monday. The Evens and DCIC are playing. The Evens are a duo that do really melodic stuff that you can groove to. DCIC is a collective in DC that does totally improvised avant-jazz. Did I mention its free? Its free. Me and some buddies are actually going up to see it from Blacksburg, Va. Check it out.
