Moe. has another festival called snoe.down in March. It was in Lake Placid this past year. One of the few winter festivals I know of besides Ski Jam and Jam Cruise.
I went to snoe.down this year, it was pretty cool. I was still pretty unfamilair with moe. and didn't know what to expect, but had a great time. Vermont's a great place.
Ski Jam is in Steamboat, Colorado. They always have it in January but I'm not sure if they are having it this year. The website is still for 2006 but I guess it's still a bit early for this years announcements. The cool thing is that the music never starts until the evening so you have time to ski and do other things all day without having to miss any music.
Please dont tempt me! I can't afford it, and i dont even have the time! Looks awesome though.
And Umphreak, that sounds cool. Maybe i'll check it out. Im not much for winter sports, but it can't hurt to try. Well, actually, I did try snowboarding a few times and that hurt quite a bit. But I think i can manage.
