What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.
Suck it, Foudray747 : ) Don't be mad just cause you guys couldn't learn from our mistakes and realize that TO is a big friggin waste of talent, and a huge distraction. I won't penalize you guys for that one. Although I will penalize you for the fact that ROMO SUCKS!!!! ;D ;D ;D
I have to admit though, that I was talking all sorts of sh!t on the team a few weeks ago, when Donovan went down. Andy Reid has gone and totally redeemed himself. I don't see anybody in the NFC keeping up, if we keep it rolling. I'm lookin at you Bears
Crazykittensmile I like your Chargers as well. The Raiders are my AFC team, but they suck ace. So Chargers it is. I'll root for your Chargers if you root for my Eagles, and maybe we'll see each other in the Bowl.

Eagles can easily take down any team in the NFC. I would not be shocked if they get to the Bowl. The only team that worries me a little is the Saints. But if they play the way they've been playing the last month, NOONE will beat them. the BEARs are not too scary with that QB play.
best OL in football, Best RB in the NFC...going to be hard to beat in the playoffs.
Beat Atl, and HOPE TO GOD THAT FARVE COMES TO PHILLY FOR THE 1ST ROUND..That game could get ugly.

hah, my boyfriend called a Philly/SD bowl a long time ago, that'd be flippin awesome ;D
I dunno about the Saints. They've definitely shown some weakness lately, and the Giants and Cowboys didn't exactly put up a very good fight. I like our chances facing them a second time. We'd just have to find a way to stop Reggie Bush.
The reason we're winning is the knock-down drag-out style that we've finally adopted. Keep the opposing offense off the field with long drives, ware out their defense, and let our dogs loose on them when they are on the field.
I think the Bears will go to the Super Bowl (and likely be demolished by the Chargers), but the team with the best shot to beat them at Soldier Field in the playoffs is the Eagles. Because they have a decent, experienced coach, a somewhat mobile qb and can run. Unlike the rest of the NFC, they don't seem to have a glaring weakness right now.
Maybe the Cowboys or Saints with some breaks could win in Soldier Field, but the Eagles are the only team that really concerns me. Thankfully, the odds that they win back-to-back in the Superdome and Soldier Field are pretty slim.
This game scares me more than any other future match-up. The one good thing is it would be impossible for the Eagles to have a bigger collapse than the first time we played the Giants at home. ala the worst game I've ever had to watch in my life. We'll win easily if we can keep Tiki's involvement to a minimum.
So how bout them Cowboys? GREATEST. ENDING. EVER. And the downward spiral continues. At least TO "cares" about his quarterback now. Poor Romo. Poor crying, tearful Romo. I'd almost feel bad....almost.....if it wasn't the Cowboys.

bear down, chicago bears! make every play clear the way to victory! bear down, chicago bears. put up a fight with a might so fearlessly! we'll never forget the way you thrilled the nation, with your T formation. bear down, chicago bears, and let them know why you're wearing the crown. you're the pride and joy of all illinois. chicago bears, bear down!
I gotta say that I'm a little concerned for the game tonight. Our pass defense worries me alot, especially with Lito out. I hope the Saints don't pick us apart. We really need all our guys, on the defensive side, to step up and have their best game of the year. I easily believe it's possible, and I hope it happens. I think our best defense is a good offense. Sustaining drives and keeping the Saints offense off the field. If we do that, we win. Either way I'm happy for how far we've come. They've exceeded everyone's expectations to this point. Let's hope we can keep it rollin'.

Well the eagles pass d didnt get picked apart, but they did get ran on for 200 yards. Still, definatly an impressive run with a backup qb and no star receiver.
Yeah, what R U gonna do. It was a good run, but it was bound to end. I really don't think the Saints are better than us, but they were tonight, and that's all that matters. OUR DEFENSE SUCKED!!! Plain and simple. No stopping the run, missed tackles, and they couldn't stop them when they knew what they were gonna do. They're gonna run it at the end, how bout we try and stop em. Nope.
That's why Reid didn't go for it on 4th and 17 though. I don't blame him for that. You gotta put enough faith on your defense to stop them 3 times so they punt it, BUT THEY COULDN'T EVEN DO THAT!!!! I dunno. So many mistakes and missed opportunities. Dropped passes and missed tackles are what killed us. Same thing that happened in our losses earlier in the year. Missed opportunities. That should be the Eagles slogan.
the way they were getting ran on i woulda took my chances on 4th and 15. and if you fail to get it you still get a chance for a 3 and out to get the ball back. but its one of those either way things. the d should have got the stop.
