i dont know man ... i thought it was pretty decent. i would have preferd that all along the watch tower would have happenend. jimi>foo fighters was a disapointment for me. and the purple lights in the rain for purple rain was prettty cool.
lol... grossman sucks. 2and 1 turns into 4th and a mile. and the bears just dont seem to want it. ive seen girlscouts play a more physical game then the bears. im still hoping they can pull it out. start making some stops on third and long instead of playing what looks like a deep prevent. im not sure what the deal is.. they look horrible. and they are still in it. so ive still got a small amount of hope

Woo, 3 for 3 in my last 3 picks. Its pretty much impossible to deny bob sanders effect on the defense, 2 takeaways in this game alone. I personally think he's a top 3 saftey in the league, and if he can stay healthy, he is canton bound. Awesome game, the bears are never going to win a superbowl with rex grossman.
I mean, anybody doubt the Colts are the better team at this point, qb aside. Outside of special teams, they pretty much showed up the Bears in almost every aspect of the game that matters. Aside from the immense difference in quarterbacks, I think Indy showed they're the more experienced, tougher team, in part because they're filled with veterans, in part because they played a tougher schedule.
Last year, the Seahawks choked despite being clearly the better team, in large part because they hadn't really played teams on their level all season. Now the Bears show up and choke because once again, they haven't really played teams on their level all season.
well i have to give credit where credit was due. but the bears were in that game. until grossman started throwing up punts for anyone to grab. i think it was 2 of the worst superbowl teams i have ever seen. what a sloppy game. didnt look like either team wanted to win it. and for the stats being so lopsided chicago was still in it. again until the end with the punt throws.
Game and half-time aside, Didn't anyone else feel these were the crappiest Superbowl commercials ever? The rock, paper, scissor one was about the only half way funny one. Really disappointed...
Wow. I really don't think the Bears are gonna win. I think they might cover the spread. But I think Grossman makes one too many mistakes, and that's the difference. Turnovers are gonna be key, cause the bears thrive on em. If they don't get any, or they turn it over more than the Colts, they loose. I just have faith, that now that Peyton's finally gotten there, he's not gonna blow it. He'll have an answer to anything and everything the Bears throw at him. He'll be obsessively watching film all week, even more than usual. And the SB jitters will get to Grossman. If the Bears are smart they'll keep the ball out of his hands, as much as possible.
i thought the kevin federline - life comes at you fast thing was great!!! that was my favorite one. i missed the rock paper scissor one. but ya overall tehy seemd kinda weak this year.
i think it pisses off dan marino even more. hes in a lonely club. but it does suck for brady fans. now every manning fans is gonna be even worse about sayng mannings the best in the league. 2 more rings to go peyton!!!!!
btw did anyone see the peyton manning dance recital clip??? even his classmates were laughing at him mean while tom brady was under the bleachers with the head cheer leader
i tried to look for it at youtube but its not allowing searches right now
Going into the game, I was sure the Bears would win if they scored a defensive/special team touchdown and ran the ball thirty times. I never thought the defense would be the ones taking a giant sh.t on the field.
All other blunders aside, it still felt like a troop of soldiers carrying a severely injured compadre (Rex) through the brush. It's not like this hasn't been the story for the rest of the year, but tonight it took center stage in such a huge way -- it's the fuc.king Super Bowl, man! The combination of the media's lights and the enormous magnifying glass of America -- Grossman sizzled like a fuc.king carpenter ant.

Like i said, grossman will never win a superbowl. They said they won all those game with rex grossman, and they're sticking to him, but it obviously doesnt take much from the qb for the bears to win. I mean they won 11 games last year with mostly kyle orton as their starter, and thats someone id definatly try to replace, i dont care if hes winning. I pretty much feel the same way about grossman, and i think its time for the bears to move on. If griese was playing all season, i think the bears would've had a lot better chance in this game.

I thought the beard combover was funny. Reminded me of Donald Trump for some reason...
I liked the one where they picked up the hitchiker with the ax and he said it was a bottle opener. then they picked up the chainsaw guy. that was great.

I liked the Sierra Mist commercials the most, but that's mainly cause I LOVE Jim Gaffigan. But all in all, they were easily the worst set of SB commercials ever.

Grossman laid an egg and the Bears defense didn't put any pressure on manning. Way to conservative def of calls. Did the bears even blitz one time? Manning had all day and picked them apart. The bears looked flat and a step slower than indy.......With all the hype this week about the '85 bears I thought I was going to see the fridge come in on goalline formations. .
