It's usually so dam hot that if somehow a flying f-load (like a few big trashcans full) of water-ballons were made available, a water balloon war would be both fun and refreshing, I was in a marshmallow war near my campsite last year, and I was sticky in places that didn't get fully clean until I was home to a real shower, and the stickiness is a dust magnet.
water balloons would be cool but they are balloons. and if you got nailed unexpectedly by one it could hurt i supposse. and they would be a pain to carry.

A balloon would have to be dropped out of a plane or something to really hurt. I am thinking big trashcans somehow found in centeroo would have to be filled with the balloons and drug to the back area of the what stage to set up for a good war.

also, water balloons create a lot of tiny little nondecomposable pieces of litter. They are hell to clean up. I think we should have a tortilla war at some point! Hundreds of friendly totillas being flung into the air, floating enthrallingly above the crowd... I love tortilla wars. Plus, they don't hurt if you get hit by them, you can throw them a few times usually before they rip, and they'll decompose. Anybody in?
"White collar conservative flashin down the street, pointing that plastic finger at me, they all assume my kind will drop and die, but I'm gonna wave my freak flag high." Jimi Hendrix
my tortillas were messing up last ear. they wouldnt fly worth a damn. one kind would but the other 3 packs just zoomed down like a bad paper airplane.
Ok, did anyone else at Oysterhead see tortillas wizzing by their heads? I saw trhese flying by us during the show and it was awsome. Maybe I may bring a few this year and see what happens during a show or two.
