i would say chevy out of the two... only because of my severe hatred of ford (who i think is who makes jags now).
otherwise i would say go with a foriegn car. if you want reliable go with a jap car.
all that said.. i drive a jeep and love it
You couldn't be more correct. I bought and Acura Integra in 2003 and I get 30+ mpg and I've not ONCE not even ONCE had to have anything besides regular maintence done to it.
4 years would keep it well under 150,000 miles, which is easily within either's lifespan, especially the diesel.
Well that statement was more directed to the Jag. I guess with gas prices and all that is really what I look for in a vehicle. I also try and keep a car for as long as possible (just not a thing I see very much point in spending a lot of money on) I'm gonna be runnin mine until at least 300,000 ;D
But all in all you should get the truck and convert it to biodiesel...
