I really don't think Gore's gonna run. I mean he still knows how to act like a candidate, but I don't see him wanting all the hullabaloo that's going to come along with it all. He seems to enjoy focusing all his attention on one issue, and he's been doing a pretty damn good job at it, if you ask me. If he does run, I think he'll jump in at the last possible moment.

I'm going to respectfully refrain from speculating in this matter. I will say this:
I feel pretty strongly but,not only do I want to avoid an argument, I don't want to commit myself too early! I'm going to vote for the most intelligent liberally minded canditate...that is also ELECTABLE! We can't afford to sacrifice our future and freedom in an idealistic attempt to seem socially revolutionary. No matter who the eventual canditates are, we can't afford to senslessly waste our time on people (as great as they may be on paper) like Nader or Kucinich. Granted, these guys may have their heads and hearts in the right places but, they are also (partly) to blame for the current state of the union. Without their stylisticly futile and pointlessly devisive social "stands" against the (revolting) status quo, we wouldn't be ruled by the most power-mad, reactionary, crusading warlord in our country's history. I agree that we desperately need drastic change but, that is simply/realisticly impossible if we insist on foolishly attempting it in one "half-thought-out" step! As disgusting as it may be, we have to play "the game" if we ever intend to win! If Nader hadn't selfishly exploited our grass-roots desire for radical reformation...Gore would have undeniably, irreputably and without a doubt BEEN OUR PRESIDENT! And then, maybe, we would be on a better path. Many more Americans would be alive, if nothing else! And That's enough for me!
I'm not trying to sway you, one way or the other, I'm just trying to remind you that "The lesser of Two evils", is always better than well-intentioned idealism.I wish it wasn't but, when it comes to the scummy gray area that is politics, it is! JUST DON"T MAKE UP YOUR MIND UNTIL YOU CAST YOUR VOTE!
I'm asking you all to not just feel but, to think this time. WE CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE AGAIN!!!
I feel the same way....it sucks that your pretty much wasting your vote when not choosing a dem or rep BUT with what happened in the last two elections I feel I my vote may be wasted anyway. But all in all I think southpark said it best
"We have to come to realize that there will always be a choice between a giant douche and a turd sandwich in voting"
so in that case let's just hope for the fairest election possible and
