Hey all! Just wondering what rumors you've heard about the Roo this year. There's some word-of-mouth rumor going around up here about the Red Hot Chili Peppers showing up last minute. No matter how believeable or ridiculous they may be, I want to hear!

I was just listening to the mars side of the chilli pepper's new album. Its been around my cd player since I bought it a few weeks ago. I'd be up for some rhcp suprise guest action... but, thats pretty crazy.

I read on Stevie Nicks' website that she is touring with Petty this month, but it doesn't specifically mention the Roo. I will be the guy at the front of the stage if she shows, though.
i heard that pepsi and mtv were buying the rights to bonnaroo. also i heard they were going to be a lot more strict this year when it comes to illegal activities

This means the Cheney/Ashcroft Duo will now take the place of Phil Lesh and Friends to close the festival. They'll be doing a three 1/2 hour version of "Let the Mighty Eagle Soar".
