The Supreme Court ruled today (link above) that the EPA can now regulate carbon dioxide under the Clean Air Act...Huge step forward in curbing our greenhouse gas emissions and now the EPA can set more standards on car efficiency (hopefully)...Just thought everyone should know if they didn't already

This is a step, but what about the majority of people who dont buy new cars in 2008? Like i said, its a start, but in itself i dont think it does much. Definatly good to get the ball rolling though.
