Basically, it's a chat room with webcams and live voice. Heard about it on th eOpie and Anthony radio show. They have cameras in their studio so fans can watch the show while listening to it. It's also great for face-to-faces with geographically diverse groups of people, playing music and movies, bullshitting... the usual. The chatroom part is free, and broadcasting your own cam is free, but viewing others cams is limited to a few seconds. It's fairly cheap to upgrade (think it costs me $60 for 12 months).
