Sorry, just not a big Bengals fan... I've watched football for too long to respect them quite yet - though they have finally managed to rise above Detroit, Arizona, and Cleveland in the stinker pile

Are you a Chiefs fan? I went to the Opening Day game at Arrowhead......we had a lot of fun in K.C.
Who dey, who dey, who didn't even make them playoffs, who dey, who dey. Seriously guys - the who dey stuff was two seasons ago - when the Bengals actually acheived a shred of respectability.
who dey! who dey! who dey been around almost as long as you! homework broseph!

Yeah, I'll own up to being a Chiefs fan. That was a good game out of the Bengals, I'm sure Arrowhead was crazy and you essentially got to see the end of Trent Green's career - nasty hit. Did you hang out in KC for a day or two or just to see the game?

Ah.....good to see you're not still bitter about that!
We stayed near Country Club Plaza, partied (in our jerseys, of course!) on Sat. night at a great Irish pub in the artsy district, and ate one of the best BBQ meals of my life at Jack Stack's. Had a blast......would love to go again, but Seattle and Miami are calling us this year.......a man's gotta have his priorities....
Oh......and as for those vaunted K.C. fans? Not so loud after all. I was a little disappointed.

The Bengals probably did us a favor by knocking out Green - we only got better from there... and finished with a winning record Arrowhead is definitely the loudest stadium in the NFL.

From my perspective being a Dolphins and UM fan, this draft was a nightmare. WR was probably only their 3rd or 4th most pressing area of need and imo Ginn was quite a reach at 9 and wasn't the 2nd best WR at all.
I'm not a Quinn fan by any means but I would have rather had him than Beck from BYU who they drafted in the second round, and then they could have used their #2 on Jarrett whom I prefer over Ginn. Or they could have traded down from 9 and taken a guy like Robert Meacham, got Beck, and picked up an extra draft pick.
I'm not totally discounting Ginn, but I just don't think he'll be able to solely rely on his speed as he did in college. I have no faith in him making a catch over the middle, or going up for a grab while covered....he's going to have to make his living running crisp routes (I do think his bad route running was overblown in college) and returning kicks. It's definitely possible he could make an impact, but is it worth the risk conisidering their pressing needs at QB, OL, DL, and CB? I don't think so.
Oh, and LaMarr Woodley at Pittsburgh is a PERFECT fit. Sorry Browns fans.

FUNNIEST story of the year... that is like a really really really bad joke on Keyshawn. He seriously was like flush with excitement when they drafted the guy - and was acting like Jarrett's big brother or something like he convinced him to stay in school another year and would teach him how to play, etc. etc.
Then he gets cut because of Jarrett's drafting - that is a twisted irony... I almost feel bad for Keyshawn, but I am utterly amused.
