I saw half of it on tvlinks before the other half got taken down, so I'm only half way in. Not really holding my interest honestly. Kind of dull and cheesy and not good enough to make me forget I don't like what Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst offer as actors. I kept wishing that Topher and Bryce Dallas were playing Peter and MJ...

Tobey Maguire is pretty good (Seabiscuit was a damn good movie) but Kirsten Dunst is just terrible, I agree. Which is a shame because a lot of the movies she's in are otherwise good.

honestly venom was such a minor part in the movie nothing was exlplained. the more i think about the less i like it, but while i was watchign it i was content. i really wish venom was the whole movie, the whole sandman added plot was pretty rediculous
Yeah, like i said i dont think the director wanted him in the movie at all, so that doesnt suprise me. Too bad they waste the best spidey villain. I think he's way better then the green goblin, but i'm aware a lot of feel the other way. Too bad they only gave one movie to the green goblin too. Spiderman is one of the looser adaptations out there, i think these movies are more to just make a buck then to recreate the comic, such as a movie like 300, which i still cant get over how closely it adapted.

That's a Frank Miller book/movie though, it's probably a stipulation in the contract that the movie match the book exactly. Sin City was the same way. I opened a copy of Sin City in a bookstore after having seen the movie and was amazed at how exactly like the book the movie was.
LIZARD! i didnt stay until the credits ended but on wikipedia under venom spiderman 3 it says the film closes with a shot of a test tube with a piece of the symbiote and you hear eddie brock screaming. im not sure though if its there or not but maybe the suit shielded eddie and he got out. who knows. there will definately hopefully be a 4. at least sony confirmed 4,5,6.
it'd be a mistake if he didnt. he'll probably get a ridiculous amount of money cause i think they were all just signed for 3. they have it setup for more though. connors has been in the last two.
Spiderman 3 will forever be known as EMO spidey to me. Spiderman does not wear eyeliner.
I just started to really like Harry too. goddammit.
They could have done an entire movie based on venom with Topher Grace. He was so good as the bad guy and he literally had 3 mins screentime as venom. Boo hiss.
Effects were great. A lot of the street scenes were shot in downtown cleveland so I spent a lot of time recognizing some of the buildings and such. I really did enjoy the fight scene at the end.
Also, more Gwen Stacy, less Mary Jane. She started the emo-ness, and therefore I have lost all respect.
I would have been perfectly happy with the movie ending in the cemetary. The jazz club scene after that was retarded set up for spidey 4 that was unnecessary. Spidey 1 ended this way and I found that ending much more dignified, especially in this case.
And what happened to "all the people around me get hurt" stuff. they didn't even bring that up this time. Peter was too busy being emo.
We treat mishaps like sinking ships and I know that I don't want to be out to drift Well I can see it in your eyes like I taste your lips and They both tell me that we're better than this
