It's looking like it will be a pretty crazy one. Last rumor I heard was Portland is looking to possibly package Zach Randolph so they can get a high lottery pick and draft Conley along with Oden.
You Buckeye fans would have a new NBA team to root for!
The Pistons have two picks, #15 and #26....I was actually hoping they'd trade up and draft Conley but now he's being talked about as a top five pick so I don't know if they'll be able to swing it. I just think he'd be a perfect backup and eventual replacement for Billups. I love the way he can float around the court and set people up at will.
im just really happy the bulls got the 9th pick cause as a knick fan if we gave away oden or durant in the lottery, as well as tyrus thomas, it would have been devastating. someday we'll be good again.
I really hope The Sixers can do something with their 3 first round picks. I don't think they're gonna try to move up, which sucks. I can't believe Portland and Seattle lucked out like that.
haha...no, no...it's just that I don't see a helluva lot of difference between Conley's game and that of Acie Law or Taurean Green or even Aaron Brooks. He's not tall like that kid coming out of Georgia Tech, and he never really proved all that much at Ohio State except that he plays well with Greg Oden.
To me, point guards in this draft don't even factor in until midway through the first round. But Conley is most definitely NOT a top 5 pick.

Conley was the best guard in the NCAA tourney, thats why hes overated right now. Also, hes really the only true pg, the others are mostly scorers., and Taurean Green isnt even a lottery pick. His skill is passing and penetrating, but mostly passing. That cant be said for most of the guards in this draft. I do agree hes currently overated, but i think he'll be a player in the vein of Steve Nash.

Yeah, I think #3 where espn had him going on their last mock draft is ludicrous. I thought the initial reports I saw of him going in the 9-12 range is more accurate, but I wouldn't pick another pg ahead of him (especially to fit with detroit) so, as always, it all comes down to team needs.
