Maybe it's just me, but I would put this movie on my list of "5 Worst Movies" of 2007 so far. And the scene after the credits.... are you serious?? Was there a point to it that I missed or was it really just like "ok... well that's cute."
I don't know, personally I think the first one was fantastic, the second one was just alright and this last one was just terrible. Could just be me and my high expectations for a sequel to be better than the movie it follows.

I gotta agree. I thought this was incomprehensible garbage. We went with an 8 year old and a 13 year old. The 8 year old was clueless and hated it. WAY too much going on.
just saw it last night and mixed feelings for sure. I thought it was well done and such and was really cool and all but definatly, definalty could have been cut by and hour. All the scense flowed together but a lot seemed like it was unessacary filler. Worth the 9 bucks but 1 was better

We enjoyed it but it could have been quite a bit shorter I think. Anything with Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom is always worth the money and time for me

Yeah, I'm evidently also the only one of my friends who has no desire at all to see Spiderman 3.
I appreciate the grandeur and all of these big movies, but my personal tastes in movies are just different. I like low-key, realistic, dramatic chick flick crap. BUt, I'm glad I saw Pirates. It's cool now that it's over & I can remember things & recount tales from it like a war I had to live through. Or something. ;P
However I entered Spiderman 3 having only seen the trailer, which i will say now, BRAVO. The trailer deceived me into thinking this would be what I'd been waiting for. Venom would be in all his glory kicking Spidey's ass.
Alas. After the tap dancing sequence in which Parker dances around a bar top like the Warner Brothers frog, i started to scoff. Also, whenever he adorns his black spidey suit he apparently turns into some sort of evil emo college kid, with a haircut slightly reminiscent of Connor Oberst.
Then you have the multiple plot holes and cliches. And the fact that, I'm sorry, I just don't buy Topher Grace as Venom.
Forman from That 70's Show is NOT Venom. I kept waiting for Red to come out of the corner and go, "Hey, I'm gonna put a boot in your ass!"
By the end when Sandman was saying, "I never wanted any of this.." and spiderman says back, "Neither did I..." The movie had become a hallmark/lifetime movie with a big budget. I will never see another Spidey movie again. I hear I just missed Kirsten singing a SECOND time at the end of the movie too....DARN.
As if I haven't said enough here, put this into context, I walked out of Spiderman 3, and stayed till the end of Alien V.S. Predator.
Did you stay until after the credits? Will's not off the hook, he has just 24 hours every 10 years on dry land with his wife and son (though my kids thought it looked more like a daughter!). The magic of the movies makes you think that's a Good Thing.
Holy nuts! Yeah, I saw the bit at the end. I always stay through the credits. But I thought he had to do ten years and that's it. But it's one day every ten years?!? Uhh... IMO, Liz isn't worth it. She's grossly underweight.
