Hi Bonnaroovians! I have been so excited for Roo and now I have thrown my damn back out....think I did it when I was sealing the tent. I know you all don't know me well, I was looking forward to meeting you all down on the farm. Now I don't know if I will even be fit to make it! Especially since I was planning on hauling all my stuff to tent-only. Please, ya'll send some healing energy my way cause I am ready to head to roo!!! Thanks!

thanks! I have been laying around with the heating pad but I think I'm gonna try to get moving tomorrow. It actually does feel better when I am standing than sitting/laying down. This is the first time I have ever had any back problems. And thanks Clato for the Vicoden suggestion but I can't be in a haze....at least not yet...I still have to pack!
What time are you coming in? My wife and I are staying in the access camp and are allowed one companion car to park next to us. It will be closer to camp inforoo for yah.

FEEL BETTER!!
Damn straight. I just had some deep tissue massage for some back problems and I feel soooo much better. Make sure you take a nice hot bath afterwords, preferably w/ epsom salts.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it
I feel for ya, bro. I ruptured a disc many years ago and know how you feel. If it's a disc/nerve thing, best thing is rest it as long as possible. and get some muscle relaxers to reduce the back spasms.
But a little prayer/healing vibe can't hurt. Sending some your way.

Hey ya'll, Thanx for the positive vibes...my back IS feeling much better. Not 100% but way improved. I was even able to get alot of packing done today. Clato...thanx for the offer, but I think I am on the mend. Wish I could find a hot tub to soak in...will just have to settle for the bath. Hopefully my boogie won't be too compromised, I'll see you guys on the farm!!!! Bonnaroooooooo!!!!!!
