Any of you fellow Virginians outraged by how hefty the state has made their fines now? I'm trying to find a link to a list of them but am having trouble for whatever reason. I know just a simple reckless driving of 20 mph over the speed limit has a fine of over $1,000 minimum though.
All because they wanna expand their highways!
The thing that really confuses me though is how it only applies to VA residents. So if you're from any other state and are pulled over you pay the old fines. Makes no sense.
