So, I've been smited 4 times today and said nothing at all mean...what don't i understand about the smite stuff?...I thought you were only supposed to smite people that were being rude and nasty on here...I mean i said i liked the beastie boys in another post..is that worth a smite? I don't get it.
It makes me not wanna post cause I feel like someone is against everything i say....geez

I understand how you feel, but don't let that stop you from posting. I went down 15 points in a week...I have a "mad smiter" or 2 and they've hit me this past week. (TO MY SMITERS: I don't know what your problem is and you may think it's funny, but it does make some people feel bad. Congratulations on that and have a cigar! :
It's easy to say "don't let it bother you" but it does bother me and I'm sure it does bother other people as well. Sorry they are hitting you.
you just gotta blow it off. I can't figure out the rhyme or reason either, and gave up a while ago. But I still go WHA? when I come on and am down a point.
The one thing the karma system does do for me is make me paranoid on other boards...and look to smite people when there is no karma system in place.
We treat mishaps like sinking ships and I know that I don't want to be out to drift Well I can see it in your eyes like I taste your lips and They both tell me that we're better than this

Some people smite for rude posts, some smite for people presenting conflicting opinions, others smite just for posting.
That's why there are mad exalters like myself to counteract the mad smiters. Unfortunately, I just dished some karma out before reading this, so you may have to wait an hour.

Well, I like the Beastie Boys too....and I'm from Knoxville, so I'm officially exalting you.
Try to not let him/her get to you. If they see that they are, they will continue. Just try to ignore them and they will get tired and stop soon.
ya know - until the admin set mine karma where it is - I worried about it - once they changed it and I was not working so hard to keep track of it - I honestly - really don't care any more - but I am having fun being a mad exalter and giving karma to those that least deserve it - much more fun than any mad smiter could possibly be
i think people should only exhalt. No smiting. Then all the vibes would be positive. Im probably going to get hit by a mad smiter or two for suggesting harmony. lol
