Cook some noodles of your choice. In a separate pan, sautee the sausage with some onions. When that's just about cooked add the tomatoes and let the juice cook down a bit. Don't forget the salt and pepper (and a little garlic if you've got it). Toss with the cooked pasta. Enjoy!
Don't happen to have any velveeta and taco seasoning mix do you? You can make a mean soup with the sausage, black beans, tomatoes + a little water and those other 2 ingreds.....and toss in some macaroni noodles if you like....yummy!
If you want to get a little fancy... Chop up some bacon and cook it slowly to render the fat out of it. When the bacon's crispy, add some chopped onion and cook until they're transluscent. Mix in the crab. Remove from the heat. Mix this with the scalloped potatoes and bake. If the potatoes are already cooked, serve the crab mix on top.
well after i ate all the stuffing i'd wrap the crab meat in bacon and throw it in a skillet mmm.. i was messing around over the weekend with bacon wraps. i tried artichoke hearts, olives and oysters. all were yummy.
ooh you got the stuff for one of my favorite meals, tomato and sausage soup. i prefer a spicy sausage but sweet might work. just take the bacon and dice it, render fat in skillet, dice onions and add essence and garlic if you can find some. throw that into the bacon and cook till onions are translucent then add the sausage, brown sausage then add the tomatoes and two bay leaves. (optional) add chicken stock, got boulion cubes? or sub something else.. maybe beer. bring this to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for half an hour. top with cilantro and serve with crusty bread.
