At work, I have a picture of those old-school glass insulators they used to have on telephone poles.. there's a row of them on my deck railing and the picture is sunny and there's a spider web and it's nice.
At home it's the XBox pic of my husband from Bonnaroo. I wish I had it here at work to share; he's looking a bit rough, sucking on his Camelbak, arms stained red and blue, sunglasses on, hat mangled, giving thumbs up.

At work it's a picture of George Harrison and Paul McCartney (from the Hard Day's Night days) playing guitar. It gets changed a lot....probably time for a change soon, actually.

Let's see....at work it's either a big ugly green Unclassified banner or a big ugly red Secret banner, neither of which I can change under penalty of firing, death, being set afire or any other heinous torture they can come up with as they throw my limp body from the third story window. Because we all know that having a pretty background on your computer is a much greater threat to national security than leaking the identities of undercover CIA agents to members of the national media....
But I digress.....here, I make up for it! On my desktop I have this pic of gorgeous Dean taken at the Collective Soul concert New Year's Eve in Chicago:

I think this is really awesome, but everyone else seems to find it plain so I may be stealing that flaming lips show one because it's undeniably awesome.
Except I have dual monitors so I get TWO unclassified banners.
