Just bought it today, what a great game. I've played it all day and its a very fun game, not to mention the beautiful graphics and art. You can aquire biomods such as throwing fire and lightning from you hands, telekenesis, and i've heard you can summon/morph hornets to attack enemies. plus you get all the standard weapons and mele attacks. the gameplay kinda reminds me of Deus Ex - Invisible war but the setting is in a huge underwater city built in the 1940's. Itll definetly rattle you'r nerves, expecially on the difficult level. If you own a 360 go buy this game.
Yeah Bioshock rocks, the graphics are incredible...We havent got the game yet bu thave been playing the demo. I think this one has to wait however, until at least a few months after Sep 25.
ya im looking forward to the 25th also. havent checked out bioshock but i hear its great from many people. but im most excited for tomorrow bcasue the call of duty 4 beta goes public. everyone that has played it is saying its the greatest ultiplayer game ever. and that it blows the halo 3 out of the water based on playing the betas. and apparantly tey worked out all the xbox live kinks that ruined cod 2 and 3. damn i cant wait to play it!!!!
ya world war 2 games are just too overdone to be interesting. im happy that the new one has moved into the modern era.
and i hope they do something awesome with the halo story. i just dont see how they can wrap it all up and have it be somethign thats not retarded. but we will see. and with 4 player co-op over xbox live it will be fun to find out. i just dont get into single player games anymore. i never even finished halo 2. im an online gamer. i loved playing gears of war story online co-op. it was just WAY too short. i hope halo gives us something with a little more substance and dosent end on too cheesy of a note.
i plan on finishing bioshock before the 25th. thats they day i sell all my used games and devote every waking moment to halo 3. i dont really care about the story line anymore, they lost me when they had me fight on the same side as the elite. i guess im a speciesist. see you all in the rumble pit.

i was looking for the call of duty 4 demo on x box live but i didnt see it, all i seen was medal of honor. i did download the ace combat 6 demo and it looked and played beautifull. i dont understand why there arent more flying games. i really enjoy them if they are made right.
ya i was under the impression it would just be put onto the marketplace. but it turns out that it was something you had to register for. luckily i got registered before it ended and should be in by the end of the week. the registration is closed but they are saying there will be more ways to get in. so if you want in check out the website. it charlieoscardelta.com once i get in i will report what i think of it.
well finally they got the kinks worked out in the beta launch for call of duty 4 and i have to say its already one of my favorite games ever. imo it will blow halo 3 out of the water. but ive always been more about the realisitic tactical shooters. its the best game since rainbow six 3. i just like shooting someone and they die. it seems to me in halo people just fire and whoever gets lucky first wins. but i kinda suck at halo. but i will still be playing plenty of halo 3 from sept 25 thru nov. 5th. then i might as well trade it in becasue my time will be consumed by cod4. and ive got gears of war for my space sci fi shooter needs. i like that type of gameplay better then halos. still unrealistic but more tactical. and for the record im only talking about the online aspect. i only play online anymore. not much for 1 player. although the coop story is fun as hell. which cod lacks so halo will be fun for that. but i would highly recomend cod4. its unlike any of the previous cod games. its insane amounts of fun!!!!
IMHO you can/must apply alot of tactics to halo and to be a great player but anyways is this cod4 better than graw 2? Can you build your characters abilities like in cod3? Any new bells n whistles? And most important, when can i play this demo?
well im really not too familiar with cod3. it didnt work very well online for me and it came out the same day as gears of war so i didnt get much play time on it. and i didnt play graw. i didnt care much for GR. i was always playing rainbow 6 instead. and i know about halo. like i said i just get whooped on so im bitter but im really not that bad. i will see yall on there soon. but back to cod4. it does have characters that you completely customize as far as gear and camo and such. it has a perk system. as you do more accomplishments, such as a certain number of kills or headshots, etc..., you unlock new equipment and perks. the perks include things like more health, more damage, can carry extra grenades, invisible to radar,etc... there is a cool one called last stand. when you die you fall down but you whip out your pistol and have 10 seconds to try to avenge your death. they have to shoot ya again to finish you off. also there are no medics this time around. and no vehicles. another perk gives your bullets increased penetration which is important because you can shoot people trough walls and cover. its pretty sweet. if you shoot at someone in a window you can continue to shoot them through the wall as they try to take cover. ans its damn intense to be trying to hide to regain some health and bullets are tearing through the wall all around you. it also has an awesome reward thing. if you get 3 kills without dying you can call in a U.A.V. which makes all of the enemies show up on your teams radars. after 5 kills without dying you can call an airstrike in anywhere on the map. and after 7 without dying you can call in an attack chopper that will fly around and attack any enemies it sees. its pretty sweet. there are supposed to be some more ways to get in and possibly another 24 hour open registration. the website is www.charlieoscardelta.com/indexnew.php i would check there for info. and registering there wouldnt be a bad idea in case they do another registration. if not then nov 5th is when ya can get the full game.
