Also, it's amazing to me that I listened to about 10 albums today. Back in the cd days that meant spending 3 hours in a record store deciding where to spend my 25-30 bucks. On a Tuesday.
If I put things off, they don't get done. It was much easier to listen to new music during the work week when things were coming out at the beginning of it.

I thought I'd listened to a lot this month but catching up in this thread makes me feel like I haven't haha! I've thoroughly enjoyed LCD Soundsystem, I really love almost every song on that album. My favorites are i used to, change yr mind, how do you sleep?, and black screen. Other than that, I've been listening to Cut Copy, Odesza, Emily Haines, Rostam, Hundred Waters, Four Tet, & Vessels. Listening to Torres now and really liking that too. Also Hippo Campus put out 3 songs that I thought were good.
I didn't get that. I haven't decided how I feel about it yet.
I knew I could count on you to have already said what I was going to say about this topic. As a fellow St Vincent fan, we know what she sounds like. Torres wishes she sounded like St Vincent.

I liked Torres first 2 albums. I haven't listened to this again yet, so I'm still not sure how I feel, but it's definitely very different.

It took a while to catch up, since I had the flu last week, but I've narrowed my vote down to Susanne Sundfor, Hundred Waters, and Rostam.
Hundred Waters & Rostam are 2 of my favorites as well. I'm gonna check out Susanne Sundfor here in a little bit since she's getting lots of love around here. I've been listening to Torres since last night, really feeling that too. LCD and Cut Copy are my top two for the month so far though.
