Sooooo... A while back I was bitching about this girl I work with who always takes her vacation in July deciding to take it in June and get in the way of my Bonnaroo plans. Welllllll. I found out tonight that not only is she not taking June off now, she's taking December off. Which leaves the ENTIRE summer open! So I'm officially a lock for Roo this year!
Now I need suggestions of other fests to hit up in the weeks before/after Roo. Preferably cheaper ones, that either have camping or someone could point me towards cheap lodgings for.
I have to go to an awards ceremony tonight for my mom for work stuff. It used to be just an annoyingly long ceremony in a conference room, but this year it's like a formal event with dinner and everything. It's seriously the most obnoxious thing to sit though. I got an award the past 2 years and attendance to this thing is mandatory. It's just not a good time. Anyways, since we both work at the sheriffs office (she's a deputy), I got an email from work about it.........
There will be alcohol served! It just got a whole lot less obnoxious. I wonder if it'll be free alcohol? If so.. Oh dear.

I got my W2's yesterday and I'm soooooo excited to do my taxes this weekend!! It's going to be my last big return unless I get into grad school. I'm going to do so many activities with my refund! Like payoff credit cards!!!! Then probably use those paid off credit cards to buy a new Hyperion or Atomic Evoke hoop!!! (I make really great decisions....)
