Congratulations, Cheeky! I am the *proud* aunt of one niece...and five nephews (I'm a mama too, but that's a whole other ball of wax). Love that little one to pieces! And take lots of pictures!
Someone finally bid on the motorcycle on ebay. We've had it on craigslist & Ebay for two months! Whoohoo! It is going to be a spectaular Bonnaroo now that we have a little more spending $$.
Yay! The Canadian dollar is at $0.92! Hopefully this will hold while I'm in the US for 2 weeks! But it does kinda suck that gas hit $1.05 a litter here today....but that's a far cry from last year's $1.50 at this time.

That it is her very first tie dye, worn her first full day in the world ;D My brother wanted a boy so bad but he's in love with her. She has a tie dye for every day of the week now... more pictures coming soon ;D

This would'a gone in the GRRR thread earlier...
I just spent long portions of 3 DAYS including this entire morning trying to figure our WHY I suddenly couldn't do a mail merge of our Theatre Party clients ??? My bosses needed one... a normal request of theirs... but no matter how I tried it this time, the system kept crashing on me, files were getting corrupted, BIG GIANT MESS It made no sense and I got completely obsessed
Anyways, FINALLY, I found this one client where an agent had written
St. Bartholomew"s instead of St. Bartholomew's ... and THAT, my friends, was the culprit
Yay for: *Seeing both my brothers this weekend, including one who's traveling from 7,000 miles away *Getting a second date with a girl I like *Going to a fancy schmancy engagement party tomorrow (open bar) *Bonnaroo being less than a week away
All these things make me as happy as a clam at high tide.

Yay for I'm getting to see my little sister this weekend. I haven't seen her in 3 or 4 years, and I haven't really spent time with her since she was 10 and I was 17. (I'm 29 now.)

Went to 5 points for Sushi on the patio. Then over to The Groove and bought MMJ's "Chocolate And Ice" on vinyl. Then it was off to the Pied Piper Creamery for chocolate peanut butter ice cream in a just made warm cone. Ate it outside. Dripped on the grass ;D

YAY! I survived the blood bath of layoffs at work yesterday and will have a job to come back to after Bonnaroo. Never thought I'd be happy to go back to work after a vacation, but this takes a very large amount of stress off me.

My best friend and her gf won a VIP roo package yesterday complete with VIP tickets (of course), $500 worth of camping gear, and $100 gas card. This will be their 7th roo and they thought they weren't gonna get to go but ta-da!
Yay! because dreams really can come true and... Yay! I get to hang out with my bestie during phish.

Yay for a great weekend with my little sister!!! Since it had been soooooo long since we'd really seen each other (4 years or so since we'd seen each other at all, but more like 13 since we'd actually spent time together), I was worried that we'd be totally different and not get along, but everything went so smoothly. I was really surprised how much we are alike! We saw Doug Benson do standup on Friday night, stayed up til 4:30 in the morning talking, and went to the Georgia Aquarium and shopping in Little 5 Points yesterday. And this morning, she gave me an awesome haircut, which I needed badly.

yeah, it was knoxville's independent station. I think a lot of their funding comes from AC Entertainemnt because they promote a LOT of their shows and what not.
Yay that my boyfriend has FINALLY gotten super excited and into the roo spirit. He went out yesterday and stocked up on camping/tent accessories and it looks like we will end up with a great setup. He got a shower, fans, lights, and of course I already had all the luau decoration and everything to make camp cute and comfy. Thanks to my man it will now be practical too! YAY!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

I am probably the happiest person on the world at this moment!!!! I just saw that Mule added a Memphis date to the tour and immediately bought presale tickets! YAY 4 mule shows within 2 months!!!!! Hell yes!
