YAY!!!! i tried to get tickets to go see vampire wknd in austin but they quickly sold out. 32$ tickets were going for 125$ on craigslist. BUT i found one today for face value! wahooooo! going alone, since it was just one ticket...but that doesn't bother me too much.
Awesome Chico! Wish I could have made it over to Damascus. Must see's in Lebanon if you can swing it are Jeita Grotto (Beirut), Harissa (Beirut), Baalbeck and Anjar ruins in the north. Of course the Cedars in the north also. The Beeca valley is a beautiful drive and the small mountain villages are great like Chekka and especially Beshare.

Yay - I rented a bouncy house for my 5 year old's birthday party tomorrow for 4 hours but because they are backed up on deliveries tomorrow they asked if they could deliver it today and I could keep it for 24 hours for the same price I already paid for just the 4 hours - YAY

I usually go festivaling this weekend, but I am going to have to settle for Galactic tonight, Shpongle tomorrow night, Rites Of Spring with Ben Harper Sat, and Levon Helm next Wed instead. Still a pretty big YAY though.

I will second Wolfaroo's yay. I will also be attending a day of the Muncie Springfest. My 4 year old son is going with me for his second festival experience. All he really wants to do is sleep in the tent but he'll rage with me for a bit, especially if there are other kids there. \ Another big yay for a free Andreas Kapsalis concert tonight on campus.

Yay- Just found out my parents (finally) put my dog Kelly down. She was having seizures for too long, and I guess had some really bad ones yesterday. Some of you might be like... why are you happy? I don't like grieving when people/animals die. You got to celebrate! She was a cutie.

what's it all about you ask? Ben & Jerry's and Bonnaroo: Flavoroo release party

The night is: open bar 7-9 pm including tenenssee whiskey tasting follwed by a very special concert by ozomatli!. all for free. all I had to do was e-mail Bonnaroo after they posted something about it on their twitter page. sweeeeeeet.

YAY for signs of new life in spring. While cutting back some shrubs in my backyard today I found a birds nest with baby cardinals...so tiny they didnt even have all their feathers yet. Soooo cute. needless to say I decided to spare the remaining branches, at least till the little ones take wing.
YAY for I have a new pool liner installed and my pool is filling up as we speak! so weather permitting, I will be in it within a few days!
and YAY for a high school reunion this weekend and getting to see some peeps that I've not seen in years!!! (I won't say how many....probably more than some of you have been on this earth though)
