Yay! Our offer was accepted by the seller! It's a limited yay, though, because it's a short sale, so now we have to wait for approval from the seller's lender, but her realtor said that she thought the bank would accept our offer, so I'm going to go ahead and be a little excited about it.
Boo! It's a 3 camera edit of an open-heart surgery. Outside of horror movies, I don't like blood, needles or having to spend an hour syncing up footage of someone's chest getting sliced open.
Yah! After a while, the queasiness went away. It was absolutely amazing to watch. Now I just have to watch it over and over again until I've got a cut I'm happy with.

Today I finally found out how much my raise is. I got a promotion recently, and moved to an office from the reception area, but had no idea how much money I was getting... it is $200 a month more, which means I am going VIP next year! YAY! ;D
Yay for going back to school! I actually can't wait to get some fresh binders and start writing papers and taking notes. Super nerdy, I know. It's just been a long, depressing 3 years.

It is so nice to drive to the store and see a beautiful view rolling hills and trees and water instead of strip malls and traffic lights and the fucking SUV in front of you.

YAY, I just got a pass for my local club. I get in for every show for free. All I have to do is take some pics and let the club use them for promotion. I do this anyways.
So in the next two months, I get to see the following for free. Ali Baba's Tahini (w/ Jake Cinnegar), Dumpstaphunk, Yeasayer, Stanton Moore Trio, Victor Wooten, Keller Williams, Michael Franti, Ingrid Michaelson, the New Deal, and Bassnectar.
