each other.
Ours are slightly different, to match our different personalities...we got flowers because of a song we sang in Girl Scouts (where we met) when we were little:
"There's a daisy on my toe It is not real, it does not grow. It's just a tattoo of a flower, so I look neat-o taking a shower..."(and so on)
As a girl scout leader I think that's really cool. We had a meeting last night and I found myself wondering which girls were likely to grow up and do something similar.
You have bunnies, cupcake? I have 2 of my own and one foster for the house rabbit society. Mine are Hopscotch and Luna... Luna is a 10lb silver grey rabbit with enormous ears. She may be a Flemish giant mix. Hopscotch is a little black dutch mix with an attitude. Hopscotch's original bond-mate was Gabby. Gabby was a Belgian hair mix. Hopscotch was always overprotective of her, like he knew that something was wrong with her and she wouldn't be around forever. It was a congenital heart problem that killed her. The tattoo, of course, is partially in memory of her.
I'm allergic to them now though, so these will probably be my last buns ever, unless it turns out I'm not allergic to rex rabbits.
thanks for the compliments you guys...ive always wanted sleeves and one day i woke up and had the courage...it was my guarantee to myself that no matter where i go in life i will not get an office job im not happy with...kinda like a kick in the butt to pursue my dreams...

Tell me about your bunnies.
i have two right now, theyre both babies only a few months old. the one that looked like your gabby died recently of old age. her name was roxy and she was soooo sweet. She liked to lick people, and apparently that's a sign of happyness for bunnies.
Ive had rabbits my entire life. They are also the only pet that my grandmother keeps. She has 6 of them right now and she uses them to help fertilize her fruits and veggies.. She grows all of her own food and uses the compost on her garden. its pretty cool.
They're such wonderful pets aren't they? Are the babies getting into all sorts of trouble? They're worse than toddlers!
I've been trying to find somebody to compost my bunny litter. I have bags of i that I've been saving. I don't have the space to compost it right now and even then I have way too much for the small amount of gardening that I do.

i like that damien rice line! there must be a good story behind it.
My exboyfriend introduced me to Damien at the start of our relationship, and Damien kind of became a huge part of our relationship. Then we went and saw Damien perform in Memphis last year. It was the last show of his tour, so we were treated to an extremely special performance. He covered Elvis, and Whitney Houston, and numerous others. He brought his entire crew on stage for some of those covers and it was a hilarious time.. He spent a good 10 minutes just jamming out after one of his songs. Ultimately, it was hands down, the greatest live show that I have EVER been to. Afterwords, my exboyfriend and I, decided that we had to get DR tattoo's because his show was so mindblowing. When a show is good enough that you want a tattoo afterwords, you know its good.

that's awesome! i've only had the chance to see Damien once...last year at ACL. it was one of my favorite shows of the weekend, but it was during the day, so i'm sure some of the ambiance was soaked up by the sun
It kinda does, and that's extra cool because my dad was raised as a Jew... I MUST find a bigger picture of that darn mug!
I so will be sporting more ink before Bonnaroo... the hubby said he would get me something for my birthday and my birthday was last month... ;D It's about time!
I have toyed though with a bigger tattoo with color between my shoulder blades. I hold all my tension and anger there, and think a tattoo of beauty and color would be a great way to battle it and show how I have grown past a lot. Have thought about doing a lotus flower, but again wonder again if it would seem hokey in a decade's time. A few I have seen that are inspiring...

The second one in looks amazing!! Classy AND sexy as hell at the same time!!
"We're no longer called Sonic Death Monkey. We're on the verge of becoming Kathleen Turner Overdrive, but just for tonight, we are Barry Jive and his Uptown Five. "

Now what didn't I think of that? The ever brilliant sister to my rescue.
Now off to procrastinate even MORE today and find a picture that would work!
(for those NOT related to me... my favorite artist is Georgia O'Keefe and I have done many research papers on her in high school and college so she holds a very dear place in my heart... and possibly eventually a dear place on my back!)

I REALLY love the second one too! I've been wanting to get inked, but I'm not in to having random tattoos all over my body.. I'd prefer just one large piece.
I think that piece just gave me some really nice inspiration!
The nintendo ink is GREAT! Great colors and shading too... Not something that I'd ever think of doing, but cool nonetheless!
yeah, i was trying to score a spot under a tree - i was almost passed out - and i saw part of that dudes arm. it said "tendo" since i could only see part of it - and then i turned into that guy by asking him if i could check it out. he was gracious and all - a nice guy.
